Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 EU 2016/679 Regulation- GDPR. - Privacy Policy Information Notice for processing personal data collected from the data subject.

In compliance with what is stated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data hereby we are providing you with the necessary information concerning the processing of personal data you provided. This information statement is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be visited through the links available on the websites with the domain of the Owner, who will not in any case be held responsible for websites of third parties.

This is an informative publication issued in conformity with Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data) and it is based on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/ EC, as revised by Directive 2009/136/EC, and under the provision of the personal data protection 08.05.2014 of the Competition Authority on the subjects of cookies.

Processed personal data: 'personal data': any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person ('the data subject'); An identifiable person is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. 2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

If you entrust personal information to us, we will only use it, in compliance with the conditions of data processing lawfulness pursuant to Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for the following purposes:

- completion of data collection forms to send the requested information.
- completion of data collection forms for reservation
- Data collection for receiving newsletter or promotional communications generally by E-mail – agreement (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) as the legal basis of the processing.

Data processing is based on the article 6, paragraph 1, letter f): (considering 47) data subject can reasonably expect at the time and in the context of the collection of the personal data that processing for that purpose may take place.

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The provided personal data will be communicated to recipients, that treat the data in their capacity of the (art. 28 Reg. EU 2016/679) or as persons acting under the authority of the Controller (art. 29 Reg. EU 2016/679), for the purposes listed above in paragraph 1.

Specifically, the data will be communicated to:

-persons that provide services for the management of information system and telecommunication networks including email, newsletter and website managements; Studies and societies in the ambit of assistance and consultancy; competent authorities who enforce the law and/or regulations promulgated by public bodies, on request.

The subjects belonging to the above-mentioned categories are acting as Data Processors or else they operate totally autonomously, as separate Data Controllers. 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR THE CRITERIA USED FOR THE DETERMINATION THE PERIOD

Personal data will be processed with automated means and/or manually, by subjects expressly in charge of the processing: specific methods and instruments will be adopted aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality.

In accordance with the provision of the art. 5 comma 1 lett. e) REG. EU 2016/679 Your personal data will be kept in a form that allows us to identify you for a period which is not excessive and not kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

The provided personal data retention depends on the purpose for which they are processed:

-For a max 1 year contact request

-For reservation and retention in the time necessary to provide the service and in connection with legal and fiscal obbligations;

-For receiving newsletter o promotional comunications generally by E-mail (max 24 months);

5. DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights as provided for in sections 15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22 REG EU 2016/679, by contacting the Controller, by e-mail at info@hoteleuropeo.it. In any moment, you are entitled to obtain access to your data from the Data Controller, you can request that such data are rectified, erased or limited to the relevant processing. (art. 15,16,17) for legitimate reasons. (including automated data processing, e.g. profiling) and to your data portability. Without prejudice to any other administrative or non-judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates data protection regulations REG. EU 2016/679, as provided for in art. 15 letter f) of the REG. EU 2016/679 above mentioned, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in relation to Article 6 paragraph 1, letter a) e Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Without prejudice to comma 3 and 4 Article 30 EU REG. 2016/679, You can also request to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).

Communication of personal data are not mandatory, you are free to provide the personal details in the dedicated areas. The non transmission of data shall cause the consequent non provision of the service offered by the Data Controller.
